She founded AmericanDiversityReport.com 15 years ago and remains its Editor-in-Chief. Also, Deborah is a newspaper opinion columnist as well as a speaker, trainer, and coach. A community activist, she founded the DuPage/Chicago Interfaith Resource Network, the Women's Council on Diversity, and ADR New Beginnings, an anti-Hate movement in the U.S. and Africa. She has been described by loved ones as the most introverted person on the planet, or alternatively, the most oblivious one.
